We know the winners of the next edition of Loan Awards 2018. It is the most important event in the FinTech industry, organized to grant awards to innovative products and novel solutions from the consumer finance sector. The Loan Magazine has been granting awards to the best and the most quickly technologically developing brands in the non-bank sector for four years. The number of nominations this year testifies that the last months have been very active for the sector. The industry professionals more and more often support financial concepts with digital solutions. The finalists competed in various categories, including: Społecznie Odpowiedzialni (Socially Responsible), Partnerzy Sprzedaży dla Instytucji Pożyczkowych (Sales Partners for Loan Institutions), or Technologiczne Rozwiązanie (Technological Solution). For the first time in history, special distinctions have been granted as well: Kryształy Jakości (Crystals of Quality) by Loan Magazine Awards. This award was granted to SuperGrosz from AIQLABS’s portfolio. The company is a dynamically growing FinTech entity. It manages and co-develops integrated financial solutions: factoring, purchase financing, and loans.
The Kryształy Jakości award is granted to a loan institution, which is distinguishable in terms of modern approach to the customer’s needs. It is the customer, after all, who finally decides which offer to accept. Hence it is important to match the product to the real market needs. Transparency is crucial as well: appropriate lending, and clear presentation of the obligation costs. Credit granting process full digitization is another aspect, which the Loan Awards jury takes into account. The online channel use means that the hitherto rules can be simplified. It is another step in the development of relationship between the financial entities and the customers’ increasing requirements. SuperGrosz at the same time can be distinguished by a quick verification process driven by proprietary scoring and advanced technological algorithms. Such actions, in addition to raising the consumers’ trust in instalment loan sector, force the traditional banks to change their hitherto operations. Alongside, loan entities become the banks’ competitors.
As the BIK credit reporting agency informs in its semi-annual report Kredyt Trendy 2018 (Credit Trends 2018), the number of people with credit obligations grows very slowly. However, for loan companies, the growth pace is significantly faster than for banks. In the first six months of 2018, compared to the previous year, as many as 29.3% consumers more utilized external funding sources, such as credits and loans. It far outruns the banking sector, where the number of borrowers only increased by 0.3%. These data, along with forecasted prosperity on the cash loan and credit market in the years to come, make the consumer finance area intensify its development, while improving the customers’ comfort.
